Bit late getting the thread up due to illness, but here it is. Hopefully of being able to attend and organise games tomorrow.

After the fun of our second Rome II forum party, the games return for a fourth time. As we gladiators fight to keep the people entertained, "Bread and Circuses" as they say. So it is with great pleasure that we hereby announce the fourth Rome II Heaven forum games.
When: This forthcoming Saturday, the 28th of September, on Total War: Rome II. We have a nominal time of 12:00PM EST (5pm GMT+1), but some of us will be available earlier or later if you still want a game.

Where: In our Steam Group's group chat, where we found it easiest to organise games between everyone.

Either ask one of us to invite you, use that giant Enter Chat Room button located on the group page, or go to your Friends List switch to the Groups tab select the downwards arrow next to our name and select Join Group Chat from the pop-up list.

Why: To prove who is the greatest of them all. Or more purely, because playing games with your fellow community members is quite enjoyable.

Who: Feel free to invite others along to join in the fun, the more the merrier generally.

I'm probably going to make it...

Invincibility lies in defence, while the possibility of victory in the attack -Sun Tzu
Akouson me, pataxon de (hit me, but first listen to me)-Themistocles to Euribiadis prior to the battle of Salamis.

Victory for Makedon against Alex the Bold's Epirus! So even if I only get one game tonight I can leave with my head raised high. Shame replays are, to my knowledge, still not working that well since it was a well fought match between the two armies on the Tyros (Grasslands) map.

For once in my Rome II Generalship life some of my cavalry even managed to pull off that infamous hammer-and-anvil to devastating effect. An Ill-affected Scipii somehow manages to learn some lessons from Alexander the Great on when to commit cavalry, even if this is a game not real life.

Can't even display a screenshot of the battle statistics since I have to turn my Steam Overlay off to minimise my chances of having the graphics freeze. Should have thought of using the Print Screen button really, oh well.

Masterfully played Scipii... I can't help waiting for a rematch...
