So, almost a year has passed since the release of Total War:Rome 2 and after devoting some time playing campaigns, mainly as Macedonia and Iceni, I have some issues. In most of the previous Total War games, my approach to campaign strategy was mostly aggressive rather than defensive, using a multitude of armies to expand within few turns, quickly capturing cities. I didn't put much thought into neither economy, except securing enough cash to sustain my armies and erect military buildings, nor diplomacy, as long as my borders were secure. However, in this game this strategy has led me to losing 9/10 of my campaigns within the first 20 turns, before I switched to a more slow style, gradually developing my economy and building alliances.
So, after stating my problems, I would like to ask this community for advice concerning blitzing in Rome 2. Is it possible? If so, then how?
